Refusal to update my bond accounts balances after sending a rehabilitation order

XDS refuses to update my 2 homeloan accounts to zero balances after I have sent them my rehabilitation court order and my Statement of Debtor's showing that the accounts formed part of the sequestration. By refusing to do so, they are transgressing the law. I am not sure if they don't understand the law and they must know that ignorance is not excuse to break the law.
