In terms of the Prescription Act 68 of 1969, this debt has prescribed and is no longer enforceable. Other registered credit bureaus, including TransUnion and VCCB, have already updated my profile accordingly. However, your records still reflect this debt inaccurately, which negatively affects my credit standing. These accounts are Telkom, letsatsi finance and Mpowa finance
