Autocorrect made a mistake with my address and I was trying to get hold of someone to rectify it but I could not. On the 17th I reached out to service.za@support.mi.com and they told me the following:

Also on the 17th I received a mail from sales@b2cwarehouse.co.za telling me that all is in order. Today is the 29th and I still have not received anything, not a tracking number nor the product. I think I was ****med
