Xiaomi Redmi 12 phone

I bought Redmi 12 and I must emphasize that what a **** phone it is. It is so slow to open up files, it keeps on jamming for a long time and l had changed the RAM from 2g to 4g hoping it was going to change but to my surprise it didn't. I had spent a lot of money on it. I am so disappointed with the quality of the phone and l usually go for Samsung but l gave Xiaomi a benefit of the doubt that it would be great just like any other. I don't normally write feedback about anything but with this one in particular, unfortunately I had to. It is so frustrating to use this phone but it is still in a very good condition. It doesn't live up to the name of it's company commitments and you sometimes wonder if all models are like that. I must add that I am very disappointed with the brand and l hope someone from Xiaomi gives a call with regards to this unsatisfying gadget.
