Old fashioned business - the way it should be

I had a security gate installed on a flat. The process with Xpanda and Shaun Foulis could not be criticised despite how hard one might try :) I requested and received a discount and the job was promptly and neatly done. So, so far so good. Given the experience up to now I am convinced any come back will be dealt with professionally and promptly which fortunately we have not yet had.
