Hi i have been paying my account everymonth and the balance doesnt change and now i have asked a settlement amount and to be my suprized the amount that they gave me its more than the one on my statement which they send me on the 07 july 2020. some of the compoanies their robbingus daily light. and with my understanding settlment must be below wat you owing them, becaause they cut the interest but this compay add it up.
