I submited a proof of changing banking details with them via email and the busy debiting on my old bank and i am no long using it and the costing me bank charges and i also contacted them with the verication and their useless consultant couldnt help and now i am on R700 bank charges i never knew that they be *********** like that.
Good evening I am highly dissapointed with ure services that u rended to me especial on the debit order my aggreement with u was the 25 th each month not late or early than that date but u busy putting debit orders on the dat that we not agree on it like now u cost me R130 of insuffient amount and wiyhout even communicated with me who will pay the bank charges that u cost me
This instutution busy costing me bank charges on the daily debit busy ****ming me i blame my self why did i choose this useless *********** company
I am highly disapointed with this institution no communication towards me and i have canceled my policy but they sent multiple deduction on my account now i am owing over R400 of bank charges they are full of ****ms
Beware of old mutual they becoming ****mers they amendated 2 debit order on my capitec account and old mutual bank which i have never authorized and i have never taken their policy of R289 and R303 and i have tried calling them but always busy u hold for 1 hour and went to their branch as and i they couldnt assist me.
I am so disapponted with ISP company called Webafrica i am offline since last and the are difficult to get hold of them and they live chat watsup its useless i am blaming my self why i chose so incompeted ISP company they are full of **** and i dnt wish anyone to go through as i am and the are ****ming me of price increased and speed that i never signed up for it
They want me to pay for something i ddnt do and the billed me on their existing scratches and their staff member wen he did the inspection on the car he even kneel down closed to the car to find problem even there is non
I am highly disappoint i only joined this ISP and for 20mbps LET sim card only was a contract of R499 and only one deduction and last month bill was R699 and when i communited with them A stupid useless and unproffessional Agent name Anele M gave me useless intel that i got a price increased without any communication towards me and was not budgeted for that 200% increased
I am very dissapoint by the *********** person that was assigned to handle my claim name Thabo Motsie, since i was involved on an accident from 12 march 2025 till today he never contacted me on update and what going on my claim and i have been calling and sending him emails he doesnt respond and its been a month now pls hire people who will server good on clients and this my first time experiencing such an *********** person.
I am concerning about their protect its not secured and safe, my car was involved on accident and i understand i have to pay for contract until its finish and now my worries the car its written off by the insurance and only i aked that why cant they disconnected because i can see track the car while it will be bought by someone else their tracking system its useless if the cant turn off thr tracking device so pls beware of the ****mer.
