PATHETIC COMPANY. Ever since the company became HEROTEL.... It has become ZEROtel. It takes 4 days to swap out a faulty routerboard and they sent a very inexperienced technician who was on the phone the whole time and messed up the configuration and other household WIFI devices could not connect to the internet when they left. Again it took them constant reminders to fix the issue.... 3 days later they manages Remotely. 7 days!!!
They then switched the connectivity for R30.34c owed to them. R30.34c. once the money was paid it was not reconnected for over a day! talk about arrogance and distasteful customer service. They lack customer service
