Poor service

I made an online booking on Tuesday morning for delivery the next day. Official documents are only collected Tuesdays and Thursdays. So when I phoned on Tuesday to make sure everything is okay they said it would only be picked up the coming Thursday. I phoned again late Friday afternoon, only to be informed it had not yet been collected. Cancelled my request and awaiting a refund.
