WHERE IS MY PARCEL!!!!

XPS [URL Removed] I sent my parcel last week wednesday from jhb to hermnaus and have been trying to get hold of their customer care to find out where my parcel is. When i give the tracking number no one can tell me where my goods are!! I was promised that it will be by me latest tuesday! No one is getting back to me or provide me with the relevant information or location !
