And once upon a time there was a company called Xps!!
<p>Now close to dead dont try to send a parcel via xps you wont be able to trace your parcel as all the there lines have been suspened...send a parcel overnight to door now its a week later!</p>

What needed to be a \Over Night"parcel delivery turned into a over night NIGHTMARE! Whom ever takes responsibility for XPS should bow their heads in absolute SHAME! when reading these words"

WHERE IS MY PARCEL!!!!
XPS [URL Removed] I sent my parcel last week wednesday from jhb to hermnaus and have been trying to get hold of their customer care to find out where my parcel is. When i give the tracking number no one can tell me where my goods are!! I was promised that it will be by me latest tuesday! No one is getting back to me or provide me with the relevant information or location !

WHERE IS MY PARCEL!!!!

We have been waiting for a parcel for 6 months. We work in a pharmacy so legal documents are everything. Without them it is as if we are driving without licenses. What had happened was that the driver called asking for directions and we have been waiting since then.<br> <br> Then today a separate incident

No Pick up bad attitude
We have an account with Xps and every time we request them to collect a parcel we tell them that we close at 3:00 (we actually close at 04:30pm) then the driver never come to collect the parcel when I phone your office the driver John says that he was here just after 3:00pm I mean if we close at 3:00pm then you should be here at 3pm but the best part is that John is lying because we where here every day till 04:30pm. I spoke to the branch manager James who promise every time he will monitor the account and bla bla,. This is now the 4th time in 2 months I am going to start looking for a other courier company that actually what our business.
