I am receiving no feedback from Standard bank Credit Life, the Team Leader Yasseera Yasseera and Manager Dingase Lungu is just ignoring my mails and when I phone the only answer I get is to send a mail to Yasseera. I've even sent mails to the call center asking for them to stop deducting with all the necessary documentation because we have cheaper insurance with Momentum but they just ignore all . Originally the auto mail confirmed that we would receive feedback in 5 working days but it has been a entire month and still no feedback. Can Standard bank really be this pathetic with their services or are they doing it on purpose because they know that THEY ARE LOSING MONEY . What more as a Client can I do. THIS IS THE WORST EVER. HOW BLANTLY THEY JUST IGNORE ME!

Great customer service these days are hard to find!
Applied for a loan and was approved on the 26th and still to date no payout. Everytime I just get the same response from the consultants. "Please note that finance department is busy with the disbur*****t, Please check the fund later in your account. I apologies for the delay." It a copy and paste answer without checking. It seems like there is some inhouse problems if I read the other comments. I am getting no where with the consultants and no one can give me a straight answer.
We have an account with Xps and every time we request them to collect a parcel we tell them that we close at 3:00 (we actually close at 04:30pm) then the driver never come to collect the parcel when I phone your office the driver John says that he was here just after 3:00pm I mean if we close at 3:00pm then you should be here at 3pm but the best part is that John is lying because we where here every day till 04:30pm. I spoke to the branch manager James who promise every time he will monitor the account and bla bla,. This is now the 4th time in 2 months I am going to start looking for a other courier company that actually what our business.
