Dishonest Sales agreement false M&M code
Bought a VW Touareg 3.0 V6 TDi from them in 2019, had the sales agreement send to my broker who insured the vehicle on that document, unfortunately I had a accident a month ago and vehicle was written off ,here is where it gets interesting the M&M code sold to me and the actual M&M code on the vehicle does not match ,the vehicle sold on paper with M&M code 64092153 is a more expensive Touareg make and the actual vehicle M&M code 64092152 is a Cheaper model a R 40 000 rand loss that I had to take because for 5 years the vehicle was insured for a more expensive model than it actually was long and short they are dishonest and I have been advised to take this to the Ombudsman

Great service from Kamal at Xquisite Auto
Big thanks to Kamal at Xquisite Auto who really went the extra mile to get us sorted with an excellent vehicle as a matter of urgency. Kamal responded to our need and urgency and helped us with all aspects of the vehicle sale. The vehicle is fabulous and we are greatly enjoying the new addition. Recommend Kamal and the dealership! happy customer with Kamals service
I recently purchased a vw from xquiste auto and was truly happy about the way Kamal handled the deal. He was really proffesional and was always on hand at any time of day, even weekends, to assist me with any questions I had .
