Dishonest Sales agreement false M&M code

Bought a VW Touareg 3.0 V6 TDi from them in 2019, had the sales agreement send to my broker who insured the vehicle on that document, unfortunately I had a accident a month ago and vehicle was written off ,here is where it gets interesting the M&M code sold to me and the actual M&M code on the vehicle does not match ,the vehicle sold on paper with M&M code 64092153 is a more expensive Touareg make and the actual vehicle M&M code 64092152 is a Cheaper model a R 40 000 rand loss that I had to take because for 5 years the vehicle was insured for a more expensive model than it actually was long and short they are dishonest and I have been advised to take this to the Ombudsman
