I have been out of internet for 5 days now,they said it’s fibre fault,they have not tried to assist even once,their WhatsApp is useless no one seems to care,they don’t answer the fone,they only reply the email to give you a new ticket even when you already have a ticket number.useless!very frustrating because we need internet.this is a horrible company please avoid!

I had this fibre installer 4 months ago but without fail every single friday the internet just goes for hours on end. Their number just rings and the only form of communication is email. They are completely unreliable

This company is not being honest about their services, the claim they are a prepaid service but when you decide you are not paying for a certain month they tell you you have an outstanding balance because last month you didn’t pay, how can I pay for services I didn’t get??? I want my R440 that I paid to renew my services. You send numerous emails no reply, you call they tell you finance department in a meeting from 8 to 3pm???
