Enrolled for the same policy twice
Onboarded on the same policy twice. When I cancelled, I am given a 30 days waiting period for a refund. There was an error on their side, system should have rejected the second policy. Please resolve your error asap.

Unsuccessful prepaid purchase debited, no reversal
Prepaid purchase was unsuccessful on 30 May 2025, however my account was debited. Now they are failing to process refunds.

System malfunction
Yesterday bought the Nedbank final ticket at 13:24, the purchase was successful. However I haven't received the confirmation email and the link to download the ticket. Unable to get someone to process a refund.

Authorized Towing
Tow guy phoned his guys impersonating insurance personal. Only to found out the following day that the towing was never authorized. Proceed to fetch the vehicle at the tow yard, spend the whole day being send from pillar to post for an authorized tow.

Cellphone claim processing delayed

Useless iPhone 6 Plus
Bought a phone on the 30 June 2015, MTN had been failing to do a proper SIM setup till today. I have been send for pillar to post in vein. When I used other SIM card on the phone it works fine. Can someone from MTN please help, because the technical support team seems to be clueless. <br> <br> ***.
