Please be very careful and vigilant when joining this online class platform. It is mostly a pre-recorded session and definitely not a one-to-one class. When wanting to cancel the contract, you get hit with an exorbitant / outrageous amount and a letter of demand that states you are behind on your fees. This demand letter relates to fees that was never in the original contract. I have taken this to the ombudsman & And the National consumer commission. If I can give you any advice, stay away as far as you can! It may seem like a cheap option, but I would rather pay more at an institution and know your child get the attention that they need and aren’t only a ***gy bank for someone.
