Online Booking is a joke

Wanted to book a vehicle for Friday 08 August 2025, on the website , it allows for collection at 10.00pm , now an agent called and told me they can only deliver till 6.00pm, I only land at 10.00pm , please sort out your online bookings if you cannot deliver after hours . Every time there is an issue when booking with Xtreme Car Rental.
