Threatening customers, stay away from Xtreme Doors.

Shocking, Absolutely shocking. Stay away from the company at all costs. Don`t even consider dealing with them. I am writing to inform you about my serious concerns regarding this company. Numerous customers have reported issues with this company and its management team. In several cases, customers who voiced their dissatisfaction were met with threats. I am one of those clients, I asked for a inspection and report to what could be the problem with my faulty garage door. They quoted me R6500 for the work. I negotiated for a better price with the technical person, Windill on site at that time. They agreed to do the work for R3600.00 . After they left I got a call from Gavin who said he was the owner. What is troubling is the response I got after paying them, his response involved threats to me and my family, swearing using terrible language, my wife and kids were brought into his screaming and shouting, ramping and raving telephone call. The actions of Xtreme Doors not only undermine consumer/client trust but also pose a potential risk to anyone who chooses to do business with them. a ******** case have been opened with the SAPD. Our legal team have also been informed and given all the necessary information.
