<div>I would give this company a 0 rating if I could. It also goes under the name of The Garage Door Group. I requested they come out and repair my garage door motor which they duly did. They took the motor and rail away to 'check it' at the workshop. I was told the rail was faulty and they needed to replace it. They returned the next day to reinstall the motor and rail. The brought an old broken rail with them as 'proof'. They reinstalled the motor and got everything working. I checked the 'new' rail once they had left; it was the original rail and I could prove it. Have been trying to get my money back; they no longer answer my calls.</div>
