Zero star rating! Yami Faerie Glen

If I could give zero stars I would. Can't say I want to complain about the service because there was no service! To start off, i ordered fish fingers and a pizza for my children. The waitress, whom is very slow and very rude, came back two separate times to tell me first there is no pizza the kitchen is closed, and then that there is no fish fingers. (why is there no stock!) I then ordered 2 chicken strips, and the other people at our table also order chicken strips for her daughter. After waiting for 45 min, she only bought two out. When I asked her where my other child's food is she saif that she bought two like we ordered. I told her that I separately asked her for 2 orders, and that lady ordered separately. She told me to relax she will fix it. We waited another half an hour for the other plate of food. The grown ups at the table then ordered all our food together. We waited another 45 min. Inbetween she came to our table to ask us if we want to order last rounds at the bar. Everyone ordered their drinks and she left. Our food started coming. Out in drips and drabs. She got one persons order for chicken salad wrong. When she told her she ordered something else, the waittress took it back to the kitchen and came back stating that they dont have that on the menu ( again.... Stock!!) she then just asked for her salad back, and they bought her sticky chicken salad instead, which was not ordered. I ordered alfredo, and the pasta was burnt. Most people ordered an eisbein, as that is what the restaurant is known for, and it comes with honey mustard sauce. Instead it came with wimpy mustard. After everyone already ate did the last person's eisbein come. He waited an hour and 20 min for his food. When we asked for our last drinks ordsr which we placed 20 min prior, she told us that he cannot bring it because they already started cashing up. When we aksed for the bill we noticed that she charged us for fish fingers.... Which are not on the menu. She also got very upset when she did not receive a tip. The restaurant was not busy. Perhaps 3 other tables, aside from our big table. Zero stars! Do not recommend!!
