If there was 0, I would give this company 0. The worst service ever. It has been a week of her saying she will refund me for goods not delivered since July 2020. She gives dates of payment but never delivers. This is after I purchased goods worth over R3000. It took 3 months to receive half of the items. Mind you, the waiting period is 7 to 21 days. I then waited over 2 months the other half and I complained that season had changed now. Then she made me reorder and I waited another 5 months. She kept telling me stories about the courier company. I ordered in July 2020. Still no merchandise and no refund. She doesn't send tracking details. I have followed up every day. I have never experienced this even with companies that imported goods. I have supported South African businesses which delivered as promised. It's disgusting.

WORST PLACE TO BUY FROM EVERRRRR !!!!!!!!!
The WORST service I have ever experienced in my life!! I ordered and paid for my pants in May 2018 with a delivery date of 15days promised. It's the 11th of February 2019 and I have NOTHING. She has stopped replying to me know and I have yet to received the 'refund' / POP she made. I would not recommend shopping at Yasmeen Boutique even if it was the last place to get clothes on this planet. She's just plainly been playing, lying and stealing from me from the start and as I can see now, I'm sadly not the only person who has experienced this from her. DO NOT EVEEEEEEER buy from her, please.

The WORST service I have ever experienced in my life!! I ordered and paid for my pants in May 2018 with a delivery date of 15days promised. It's the 11th of February 2019 and I have NOTHING. She has stopped replying to me know and I have yet to received the 'refund' / POP she made. I would not recommend shopping at Yasmeen Boutique even if it was the last place to get clothes on this planet. She's just plainly been playing, lying and stealing from me from the start and as I can see now, I'm sadly not the only person who has experienced this from her. DO NOT EVEEEEEEER buy from her, please.

I have purchased an item from Yasmeensboutique23 on 21 August 2017. Payment was made immediately. Delivery was promised in 4 weeks. In the first week of October 2017, she said it has been couriered. I was promised a track number which I still have not received. On 8 December 2017, I was promised a refund. I have messaged several times after, but I have not received a legitimate reply. Up till today, I have not received the item nor refund. Her service is extremely disappointing. <p>This lady claims to run a "business", after you make payment, say goodbye to your money and don't expect the product after a few months of constant pestering she might lie that she sent it. You can try to claim a refund but she will insist that she does not! Don't buy from her! </p>
