We visited the park especially to enjoy the lazy river only to get in and then see that its been closed. In further please inform guests before they pay that certain rides are not in operation. Secondly, lifeguards! I was so disappointed! They were UNINTERESTED, absolutely! Most were playing with cell phones on the tower, not even keeping the necessary eye out. They were not dressed in bathing costumes or even ushaka uniforms which made it difficult to determine if they were even in duty. My kid almost drowned and he guard was unphased. In a separate incident in the kids pool i had to go up to the lifeguard and ask her to stop kids from climbing up the sides as it was a serious danger to those sliding down. She was rude and did not even go into the water but rather sat on her stand playing with her phone and blowing her whistle now and then, like kids are going to listen. Ur job is to keep the pool safe!
I placed an order and paid, the website responded to say that they won't be delivering because the price was mistakely marked too low and would like to refund me. It's been 16 days and that haven't refunded me as yet. I would not trust them again!
I purchased milk that was going bad already, before the expiry date
I purchased milk that was bad before its expiry date. I purchased it from Checkers in Durban

I registered online for the little world loyalty program. Compiled with the terms and conditions to get a spa voucher as promised. I emailed customer care about 6 times post complying and eligible for this voucher and each time they said that it is being processed. It's been over a month.... Are they that slow!!!

This lady claims to run a "business", after you make payment, say goodbye to your money and don't expect the product after a few months of constant pestering she might lie that she sent it. You can try to claim a refund but she will insist that she does not! Don't buy from her!

I clearly recall telling the teller that I DO NOT agree to the thank you card service fees. And if this is the case I will pay cash. She said that it is not a problem and I should simply sign to confirm that I will NOT be paying the monthly service fees. I received a statement with R22pm service fees? Is this fair. Furthermore, I emailed Edcon who claims that I signed to ACCEPT the fees. This is so deceiving and unprofessional! I demand that it be reversed. And Edcon, don't claim that "with raising costs you have to charge this"! FIX YOUR OWN PROBLEM!

I

2 months back I took a contract from telkom in Westwood. It was a p9lite in a rose gold colour, but it has been a while and the consultant had given me the sim but I have not received the phone till now. I received a call 2 weeks back and was very rudely told by the lady that I must come today and collect the phone so I dropped everything and rushed to the store only to be told that the phone is not in stock. I am absolutely disappointed about the service and the way I was treated, this is the third contract I have with telkom and honestly I wish I was never a customer of telkom!

I have made numerous efforts to contact dstv with regards to a problem that I am experiencing, to no avail. A while ago, I tried to connect my smart card to my dstv now app but it failed to link. So I called the call centre who said that they cannot assist me as it is an online issue and there is a team of dedicated staff who deal with this issue (seemed like it was common) . They suggested that I use the website to get a response, which I did and dstv has all not come back to me after numerous emails. I sent them all my details wrt the issue and am very disappointed in their delayed response after saying that they will respond within a day. It's been a while so I called again and the same thing went on. I don't know how to get help! I just need to link my smart card to my connect ID. PLEASE HELP.
