Bad service and inconsiderate

sent me Old wornout shoes but I bought new ones,I'm disappointed i called countless times for solution even said if they don't want to send courier for recollection they can refund atleast 60%of the cost of the new shoes I should have got .but still nothing, there's none of the stores nearby so I'm stuck and upset. Mind you I can't sent shoes back because I'd have to pay courier of the money I don't have,no email yet from them.I wish I could attach photos but no option for that for everyone to see, I've been patient perhaps I should let my neighbor post about this on social media as well.😡
