Wasted trip due to poor communication

Terrible service - I drove from Heidelberg to Eastgate after checking stock online, only to find out they had one item left and someone else bought it while I was on my way. They didn't answer my calls, and when I asked why, the staff seemed clobbered. Made the whole experience super frustrating 😤.
