I had the worst experience ever with this store. I ordered a dress for Christmas online cash, they then promised to deliver it within 5 to 7 working days, but guess what it was delivered 5 January 2026. During that time when i attempted to contact them to enquire about my order, the phone would ring unanswered, whatsapp not responded to days on end. I was left so frustrated and out of anger when the order arrived I returned it back to the store, and to my worst nightmare they did not refund my money immediately, instead they said it will take more than 7 days for me to be refunded meanwhile they have taken their garment back and could possibly sell it to the next customer whilst I wait.
I am not even certain I will be refunded at all, as the refund process was even done incorrectly by two customer consultants who seemed to not know the process. They kept on questioning each other throughout the process, canceling and starting all over, and I was told as per custom I was supposed to receive a confirmation sms acknowledging my refund, but I got no such.
I do not want to lie, I never want to have anything to do with this store ever! Does anyone know where i can lodge a complaint against them, because I want my refund and I will not wait for 10 days, this was never communicated to me, I refuse to accept it.
