Pathetic service
Was not attended to when we arrived at the establishment. Waitresses saw us sit down and made no attempt to bring us menus but proceeded to have a conversation. After being asked by another waitress if we had been attended to and there was still no attempt made to bring us menus, we left. Absolute waste of our time. Will not be returning there!

Bad Service at Yiroll Springfield Park
Went to Yiroll Springfield Park yesterday and ordered the New York Bagel. Waited for half an hour before they told me there are no Bagels. Why have it on the menu or why was there none in stock?? BAD MANAGEMENT!!! When I went to complain at the counter I was treated like I was at fault. I gave back the still water I ordered and left never to return

Bad Service at Yiroll Springfield Park
Went to Yiroll Springfield Park yesterday and ordered the New York Bagel. Waited for half an hour before they told me there are no Bagels. Why have it on the menu or why was there none in stock?? BAD MANAGEMENT!!! When I went to complain at the counter I was treated like I was at fault. I gave back the still water I ordered and left never to return
