I bought clothes online on the 12 July 2018. I contacted them in October. They told me to check with the Post office. I have had no notification from my Post Office. I have now contacted them again. They gave me a tracking number for my Post Office, which our local Post Office doesn't recognise. I asked for my money back. They refused and gave me this response. "Your order ********** 1 and ********** 9 were placed on 12th July, which are more than three months ago. We are sorry that we cannot check more shipping details on shipping website because the tracking information online was expired and the estimated delivery time was exceeded either. We suggest you go to the local post office to check your order which might be held by them. We can not handle this undelivery order anymore because tracking information was expired on Shipping site. But as you are our valued customer, we will provide you a 15% coupon code which is YS15 as this delayed delivery. If you can not receive your order in the future, please contact us within 3 months of shipment.

Don't buy from them as they take no responsibility for the delivery of your goods, they put the responsibility on the consumer. If the goods are not delivered, it is the consumers problem. You need to contact them within 3 months. Even after saying that shipping may take 3 months. I feel this is theft.
