Please help stop this lady and her so called company from ****ming people

I placed an order on the 11th of July after confirming if Mabusi(Dirban housewives S1 and 2)had the products in stock and she confirmed , made payment after 3 days asked for track and trace number no response the a day later some random girl calls me and tells me they short of 2 products from the 4 I ordered ,I contacted Mabusi the owner and she has not answered my calls ,whatsapp calls ,whatsapp text till today 23 Aug 2023....The treatment you get after paying your hard earned money is disgraceful!!!!
