Yoni Steaming wellness yoni scrub refund

I am extremely disappointed with the service of Yomi streaming wellness. I ordered and paid the yoni scrub since the 22nd Of December. When I asked them when my item will be delivered they kept on ignoring my whatsapp messages and asked them to give my refund since they refused to answer me. Please guys never use yoni Steaming wellness they do online purchases and they don't reply to your messages on IG and FB. The services are pathetic and I demand my refund back. I actually going to take this further with the lawyers...
