Worst legal form in South Africa!
This is the worst form to assist clients with transfer and conveyancing of property. We are having a nightmare dealing with these people and I strongly recommend that property buyers and sellers do not use them at all if they want peace of mind in their property registration process

Non response or commitment from Cameron Young of Young Law Attorneys.
Although some may have had decent service from Young Law, Inon the other hand feel their service has been shocking. After the transfer was concluded I contracted them to handle the rates refund and paid them upfront for this service, the refund was generated during the middle of February by the council. When I enquired as to the progress I was informed by Cameron Young that they had received payment and that the cheque was due to clear into their account on 1 April after which I would receive my funds. Apart from the fact that I have to keep following up there is no open communication from Cameron Young. He now claims that he is struggling to get his bankers (who also happen to be the service provider as I make use of) to verify my account, I have sent a confirmation letter from the bank verifying my account details yet to date nothing nor a response to my mail sent today, next stop Law Society of SA.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
Young Law Attorneys are excellent, very professional and helpful in any situation. Because of them, a house deal that was almost cancelled due to negligence of an housing agency, that could have cost us lost of money was saved in a very professional manner. Young Law is excellent.
