In brief, placed an order for item advertised received a quote paid the requested deposit (50%) in October 2023 was quoted 10 - 15 working days delivery, followed up middle November and was sent pictures of components in manufacturing, followed up again in December was informed item was completed and will be ready for delivery by end of the week, when I messaged to arrange collection was informed that the business had closed for Christmas. In January business sent me paperwork to register item, on closer inspection paperwork appears incorrect and immediately queried only to be informed that I had been sent wrong paperwork and correct paperwork would follow, I then received no further communication with the manager ignoring all my messages. I then sent a demanding message to which I received paperwork albeit almost 6 weeks later. I asked for photographs of the item only for photos to show an item that was not what was advertised. I requested a full refund of my deposit which was agreed to. I received a little more than a third of the amount and was promised the balance within a certain period of time this has not happened. I managed to get hold of a person who claimed to be the owner and he promised to get the payment resolved. It appears that my numbers have been flagged and I am unable to contact this company. They do not respond to messages nor answer calls.
The drivers appear unreliable and make use of a variant of the truth. On the first day of delivery the driver apparently ran out of time then reported that I was unreachable, on the second day of delivery driver claimed the same “unreachable “ when I spoke to the arrogant call centre agent she stated that the driver claimed no one was home, this is factually incorrect. She then further stated that I would have to wait until the next day, when I asked if I could collect she arrogantly stated that they do not offer that option.
When ordering the required item it reflected as in stock, placed and paid. Now I am told that dispatch will take almost a month, when I queried this I was informed that they do not hold stock and everything is ordered from third party suppliers (my interpretation of the comment received). Then why do they advertise items as being in stock. I have requested a refund, let's see how long this will take.
Shocking customer service, having received a cruise credit for a Covid-19 related cruise cancellation, I was informed that I needed to rebook a holiday prior to the end of March 2021. I booked a new cruise for 2022 in accordance with the guidelines of the credit which I had received and paid the difference in the deposit (12 February 2021). I requested confirmation of the holiday being secured so as that I could approach the insurance for travel insurance to date no confirmation has been received and this after numerous mails requesting said confirmation. I further discovered a couple of weeks after I had secured my booking this company was offering this holiday at substantially discounted rates, this lead to a further query as to Imagine Cruising's intentions as to my booking to which I have received the "run around" without my query being answered only to be told the holiday is fully booked, I after this proved to this company that they were still advertising the holiday by sending them a screen shot of the specific holiday. I now see this holiday has been removed. Imagine Cruising in my opinion has no clue on customer service
Once again empty promises and shocking service. Being trying to cancel a contract since August 2020 have numerous reference numbers yet I am still being billed and now I get registered at the credit bureau as a poor payer, how can this company be allowed to operate without recourse.
Probably the worst customer service on the planet, I have sent numerous mails requesting cancellation of a number which is no longer required. I first made contact via the MTN contact page on their website, I received a response via mail requesting me to provide my security answers (really you expect me to put them on mail to you??) which I replied to requesting a human to call me as when you call using their 135 number you receive an automated message informing you of how busy they are and then get to listen to chamber music on repeat. I to date have sent 4 mails and each mail gets a reference number and automated promises and then at the billing date I get another invoice. The sad thing is that it appears there is a level of arrogance amongst cell providers.
Although some may have had decent service from Young Law, Inon the other hand feel their service has been shocking. After the transfer was concluded I contracted them to handle the rates refund and paid them upfront for this service, the refund was generated during the middle of February by the council. When I enquired as to the progress I was informed by Cameron Young that they had received payment and that the cheque was due to clear into their account on 1 April after which I would receive my funds. Apart from the fact that I have to keep following up there is no open communication from Cameron Young. He now claims that he is struggling to get his bankers (who also happen to be the service provider as I make use of) to verify my account, I have sent a confirmation letter from the bank verifying my account details yet to date nothing nor a response to my mail sent today, next stop Law Society of SA.

After depositing funds with the binary trader HBC Broker and getting good returns I decided to withdraw my funds and close the account, 5 days after requesting the closure of the account and for my funds to be transfered to me the broker a Ian Wolfe then proceeded to use 98% of my funds in a transaction which failed. It is clear to me that they are happy to take your deposit but ance you wish to withdraw then you are regarded as unimportant and they will then use your funds in a Malicious way.
