Above excellent service

I met Jared by chance last week. I was calling on my clients, and he happended to arrive at his client to sort out their telephone system. I was moaning about the fact that I had been without Internet from the 28th of December, and all the complaining and fault reports to my service provider Telkom was falling on deaf ears. He immediately chatted to me about a better solution, and he said he would do a quote for me. Well about 2 hours latter my husband called to say that Telkom had arrived as well a company called Your Communications, (my husband did not even know I had spoken to Jared.) Anyway long story short, Telkom eventually found some rusty wiring on a street pole 3 roads away and fixed it, but more impressive was that the technician from Your Communications was up on our roof checking for line of sight, which no other service provider was willing to do, because believe me, we had called many to see if there was another option for us. All had said yes, but could not guarantee it, and were not prepared to do what Your Communications did. (We live in an area where there is no fibre and we have to rely on Telkom.) The very next day I received a quote from Jared as well. I was blown away by their prompt service and willingness to help. I have given Telkom another chance, as the internet is now working, (fingers crossed), but I would really recommend Our Communications to anyone wanting an efficient, on the ball, service provider.
