Above excellent service
I met Jared by chance last week. I was calling on my clients, and he happended to arrive at his client to sort out their telephone system. I was moaning about the fact that I had been without Internet from the 28th of December, and all the complaining and fault reports to my service provider Telkom was falling on deaf ears. He immediately chatted to me about a better solution, and he said he would do a quote for me. Well about 2 hours latter my husband called to say that Telkom had arrived as well a company called Your Communications, (my husband did not even know I had spoken to Jared.) Anyway long story short, Telkom eventually found some rusty wiring on a street pole 3 roads away and fixed it, but more impressive was that the technician from Your Communications was up on our roof checking for line of sight, which no other service provider was willing to do, because believe me, we had called many to see if there was another option for us. All had said yes, but could not guarantee it, and were not prepared to do what Your Communications did. (We live in an area where there is no fibre and we have to rely on Telkom.) The very next day I received a quote from Jared as well. I was blown away by their prompt service and willingness to help. I have given Telkom another chance, as the internet is now working, (fingers crossed), but I would really recommend Our Communications to anyone wanting an efficient, on the ball, service provider. Legendary Service with a Smile
A huge thank you to everyone at Your Communications for repeatedly providing fantastic service to my team and I. From the first meeting with the MD Neil Fitzpatrick, I knew that we were in great hands. Neil, your vision, your innovative nature, out of the box thinking, compassion and your majestic heart shines through in everything that you do...and even more so through your dynamic team. When you are in the sales business its easy to sell big...but its not so easy to deliver ... especially when you are dealing with a fussy consumer like me ...but I am happy to say that since appointing Your Communications as our Telecoms service provider I have never stopped smiling. I love the sense of pride that each team member wears when talking about and acting out on the instructions to please the customer...this can only come from great management! Guys, what you have done for us after our disastrous experience in the last few weeks has touched our hearts in ways that words cannot describe - every member of our team is excited and proud to be associated with people like you, who go beyond the call of duty to ensure that not only our business is safe and secure, but that we are also safe and protected. After the fire burnt down our premises we received calls from all your team that was involved in setting up our store, offering assistance and just making sure we were ok. Your immediate, pro bono back up plan and your genuine service with a smile attitude ensures that you will forever be our service providers of choice. EXCELLENT SERVICE!! A big Thank You to Your Communications ,especially the Durban team Headed By Jared Woolfuth. The techs are efficient,polite and always deliver as they promise. I don't recall waiting hours on end for feedback or help regarding any problem. They get back to you on the turn and always find a solution to help your problem. They ensure that your problem is solved by going out of their way and making sure the customer is happy. A big thank you again to Your Communications Team !
