Outstanding Service When I Needed It Most
I cannot recommend Your Rental Friend enough! I received excellent, fast, and truly caring service at a moment when I really needed it. Due to my previous rental agency unexpectedly asking me to vacate for no valid reason, I was extremely stressed and urgently needed to find another place. From the very first interaction, Christiaan went above and beyond. He assisted me with such professionalism, kindness, and efficiency, and most importantly, he put me at ease during a very stressful time. I felt supported, listened to, and genuinely cared for throughout the process. Thank you so much, Christiaan, and thank you to Your Rental Friend for turning a difficult situation into a positive experience. Your Rental Friend "Family"
We have been renting houses from Your Rental Friend since 2007. Annette, Marius, Christiaan and all the staff have become like family to us. This is a company I can recommend to anyone. They are preprofessional and well favorable. If there was something that didn't work like geyser, power or any problems at a house then they immediately sent someone to sort it out. when we moved out they also made sure that our dep reflected in my bank account, with no problem. From my side and my family, I say thank you very much for the years of service you have given us. I will change the name to You Rental Family which is how they treated the customers like family. Thank you very much for your service, I will rent from you again if needed. Greetings van Eeden's

Your Rental Friend "Family"

Would not recommend
I would definitely not recommend renting any property from this company. The owners are rude and refuse to assist with reasonable requests from tenants, such as asking for proof of expenses. We were called difficult as we asked them questions about our account, this is surely part of their work. When we moved out they said we left the place in a mess which was far from the truth. After having to back and forth they paid our full deposit showing that they were merely trying their luck to keep our deposit. There is no transparency with this agency. We always had to request that inspections lists be sent to us when we moved in and out.

Best service ever
We were helped by Christian from the time we saw our dream home till the time were handed our keys and wow till this i did not believe in these difficult times there still is people who go all out for their clients to feel like royalty as Your Rental Friend. You guys were amazing. Christiaan responded to our many questions some which we would send very late hours and never complained or tired. The extra lengths he went to help us were amazing no delays all was on point, still is with the rest of the team....please do not tire keep the energy going.....Christiaan indeed we saw the works of redbull ...kkkkk.

Baie Baie Dankie aan Annette en Marius, Al was daar een of 2 probleme, het julle julle bes gedoen om ons te help en ons is opreg dankbaar. Dankie dat julle goeie mense is en nie huurders indoen. Dankie ook vir Petro, wat altyd so behulpsaam was. Mag julle Agency nog baie groei en n groot sukses wees.

BEST IN TOWN!
As a previous Landlord and current tenant I would definitely recommend Your Rental Friend cc! The YRF team is by far the friendliest and most helpful, they're always willing to go out of their way to help and don't mind going the extra mile. A big thanks to the YRF Team for the professional manner in which they conduct themselves and a bigger thanks to them for all their hard work!
