DO NOT Use J'S catering services. ****MER ALERT

J's Catering Services catered for my event, there are no other words to describe it but mediocre. He did not keep to the stipulated time of food delivery it was Late my guest had to wait for food. We placed this order in January that's almost 3 months in advance, only to get news on the day of the event at 10.14 am that he will not be coming, he failed to deliver a service and the time period he decided to tell us was appalling. To elaborate further the chicken was shredded and not cut into pieces. The lamb was not sliced but cubed. The potato bake lacked cheese, and the inferior quality of food was exceptionally shocking, we thought being someone of religious background it was best to support him however you let us down. AND NOW HE REFUSES TO REFUND MY MONEY FOR THE ON-SITE SERVICE AND TRAVEL FEES. DO NOT USE THEM TO AVOID EMBARRASSMENT. I HAVE PICTURES IF REQUIRED TO VERIFY.
