In line with our returns and warranty procedures, all used products—whether reported as faulty, damaged, or not meeting expectations—must first be sent to our supplier for inspection. This process allows them to assess the issue, determine whether a fault exists, and advise on the appropriate next step, be it a repair, replacement, or a refund to your original payment method.
