Bad medical service
Waited over 10 hours for assistance and the doctors and nurses said it wasn’t a priority since vitals are okay to a recover eye cancer patient. When the issue of waiting for long hours was raised the doctor said she has also been at the hospital the whole day working. No sense of urgency when it comes to patients and no compassion at all. When they discover that they made an error with the way files have been sorted no apology came from them

Poor service
Today was the day that i was supposed to come and remove the cement but when i arrived i was told that they cannot help me today they have lot of patients and they are tired i should come back on Tuesday they didn't even write a letter they just told me with their mouth

Poor service
Today was the day that i was supposed to come and remove the cement but when i arrived i was told that they cannot help me today they have lot of patients and they are tired i should come back on Tuesday they didn't even write a letter they just told me with their mouth

Never seen nurses, and sisters who are so heartless like the ones on shift today. On the 29 April 2025... worse they are in emergency room. So I'm there with a fractured leg, there's an old lady behind me on a que in a wheelchair. She looks very sick. She fell of the wheelchair. Every doctor,nurse,sister even porters and guards passed her non felt the need to assist. I call one lady sitting by their station to assist She pointed blank said I can't touch her. Went to casualty to call 2 sisters and a doctor all 3came looked at her an ordered her to stand up. The doctor was wearing brown s****s.she politely asked her colleagues to assist her, they refused with disgust in their face. My heart dropped. We assisted her to get on a wheelchair. One lady from the staff said we don't have bed. What will we do with this thing. Can the crew that worked night shift today be dismissed coz clearly they don't know why they there. Even other patients on wheel chairs was put on chairs by force. And mostly it was elderly persons...wheels where taken by force by the male nurse and sisters.

Poor service delivery

Poor service
The treatments its really bad from OPD to casualty we had to wait for hours before my mother was seen by the doctor .we were told that there is only one doctor ..the service its very poor. The only visibility you see its that of the security guards not nurses and doctors.

Worse hospital, I waited for more than 8 hours while came with an emergency for shortness of breath while I'm hypertension they say why I did not come earlier in the morning as if that the time I started not to feel well. One of the guard was drunk the staff was rude to patients, it was too much
