WHY EVEN OFFER A SERVICE YOU CAN’T SUPPORT?

Appalling and utterly useless after-hours support — because it simply doesn’t exist. Calling Yutility outside of 08:00–17:00 on weekdays is a complete waste of time, as you’re met with a message reminding you they don’t operate after hours. No emergency support. No escalation path. Nothing.

So what exactly is a customer supposed to do when their fibre connection goes down at the start of a long weekend? Sit in the dark and hope for the best?

To make matters worse, their so-called “AI WhatsApp support” is nothing but a dead-end — it doesn’t respond at all.

This level of service is not just disappointing — it’s disgraceful.
