Zero Stars . Toxic Human

If only there was a zero star or a minus ten star for this evil bully. Estate Management means taking care of residents and property of which she doesn't do either. She gets away with everything she does by ignoring people and doing stuff for the trustees who voted her in.

She picks and chooses who she will rescue and who she will make suffer. She forces you to deal with her so she can flex her grotesque muscles to everyone. She is rude. She shows up at your door without an appointment and then causes a scene at your door because I said I can't come to the door, whilst I'm online with a client? She then phones my husband loudly from outside my door which is open. She tells him that she's at our place and his wife isn't coming to the door. Who does that!? Instead of apologising, she deflects and defends herself on the phone outside my door to someone else whilst I'm still online with a client. She tells everyone she was eager to resolve the problem and just showed up? Against complex rules? Tenants aren't allowed to break rules but she can. She brought someone else to the door another day to explain her story to them so I could hear. Why? Why do that? Why talk so loud? Why he an awful person?

We refused to let her in and asked for someone else and we were told if SHE doesn't come in, the problem will not be seen too. She's inflammatory, rude and toxic and she spills that all over the place. We're not allowed to play music past 20h00 but you can talk loudly until 4am every 2 weeks with prophanities and vulgar conversation that all the kids can't unhear and broken glass from the constant partying can lie on the ground where we have to drive over it? She is a terrible excuse for a human nevermind that her job is to take care of those humans that pay her salary. She is an abusive bully who can't apologise and does need to be stopped. Good luck to anyone inheriting her. You can tell by these unanswered reviews how much she cares about her own name and business.
