very bad service they will promise that they will contact you ,but they will never come back or they do not even answer their contact.

the matter was refered to NCR but still no response I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek your assistance regarding an ongoing issue with Z-Fin, which has impacted my credit profile. Despite my repeated requests, they are refusing to remove their company from my credit report, and I believe I have grounds to contest this. On April 22, I reached out to Z-Fin to obtain information about their debt consolidation services, specifically inquiring about the duration of the process, the total fees involved, and other relevant details. During this initial conversation, I spoke with a representative who informed me that my total payment would amount to R11,000. She subsequently sent me a power of attorney document to sign; however, I noticed that the document contained incorrect information, including the name of another individual. After raising my concerns, Z-Fin sent me the correct document, but I couldn't help but notice that the payment amount quoted was suspiciously similar to what was listed for this other individual as well. Following this, I was contacted by a representative named Vuyo. During our discussion, I expressed my intention to explore other options, as I felt uncertain about the debt consolidation process and wanted to compare it with other providers. From the outset, I indicated that should the breakdown of payments not align with my expectations, I would reconsider proceeding with Z-Fin. It was my understanding that they would communicate this possibility to me clearly, given their expertise in the industry. On June 11, 2024, Vuyo called me to request my approval for a debit check mandate. I questioned her about this because I had not yet received a breakdown of the costs. Despite my concerns, I felt pressured to approve the mandate, under the assertion that only after doing so would I be informed of the exact payment amounts. Once I authorized it, she sent me the details, which I found to be unsatisfactory and well beyond my financial means. In fact, I was asked to contribute an additional R4,000 on top of the R11,000, bringing the total to R15,000. Feeling overwhelmed and apprehensive about the financial burden, I decided to refuse this after careful consideration, expressing my desire to cancel the mandate altogether. I reasoned that it would be more beneficial for me to manage the instalment payments independently. During this process, I encountered unacceptable behaviour from Vuyo, including threats regarding the potential repossession of my vehicle. Such comments were not only inappropriate but also deeply distressing. Given this treatment, I am now requesting that Z-Fin remove their name from my credit report, as I no longer wish to engage with their services or be subject to debt review. It is my firm belief that entering debt review should be a voluntary decision, made by me, and not something enforced by a third party.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I appreciate your assistance and look forward to your prompt response. This company is cooks the owner is Faheem Solomons.
