Criminal action

This company is nonsense they did a debit check on my capitec account which I asked then to cancel via they WhatsApp number then they still debit my account. They don't have a number that you can call to communicate with I have send them numerous emails and WhatsApp which they don't even bother to reply. Till today I am still waiting for my refund and capitec bank is also not helping they don't care.
