My daughter has been at basa school from grade 1 till now as she is supposed to be in grade 10. Last year we did not get a chance to choose grade 10 subjects with her we were told that will be done in 2026. On the 13.01.2026 we when to school to select the subjects with her only to be told that she has been placed on the waiting list she is not allocated a class. Then the principal was very rude telling the parents that if they are not happy they can take the kids to a new schools. Today was the first day if the 2026 academy year my daughter had to spend the whole outside she is not yet allocated a class.
It's been a week since the 29th of February calling to get my showmax account sorted. Showmax doesn't have contact number to call they have chat box which is very useless. I was told to link it via dstv which is never working. Been using the same details ever since now I am asked to create a new email address for dstv app and showmax. Why must I create a new email for dstv if I have been using the same email address with them for the passed 10 year and it's still working. I have made over 27 calls to them till today nothing is resolved Customer number 74647117
I an in disbelieve with the service that we getting from multichoice. I had an issue where the add disney+ was canceled without my knowledge then showmax Aldi canceled without my consent. Then I got a call where I was offered a discount on my subscription since I am paying via debit order. Now my connection has been disconnected as they did not do the debit order and I am Been charged a connection fee for something that is not my fault
Called them on the 08.11.2023 they assured me that my medication has been delivered to my GP only to find our that they did not deliver my family medication. Pharmacy direct and Bonitas putting our life's at risk
Claim number 124101776 this claim was rejected and we disputed the outcome and we have send a new report to OMI. The new report was sent on Friday 02 June 2023 we not getting feedback from OMI this is very pathetic service as they very quick to rejecte claims and requests clients to go and make their own reports then once that is done the claim is with the claims committee and there is no other feedback.
The service that I received from Allen Edwards protea Glen mall was so bad.i bought 2 pairs of shoes for R1500 2 months later one pair of sneakers the underneath came off I took it back to the shop. The shop owner told me that it's not his problem I must get out of his shop. Please guys stay away from that shop.they don't know customer service.
I have homeloan with FNB lost my job few years back and I was under debt review. FNB put my house on auction they never gave me a chance to come to court to plea my case. I was so stressed my blood started cloting I ended up in coma at lenmed hospital for 2 weeks due to stress. Even now I am still trying to negotiate with them based on my affordability but since they have judgment on my homeloan they don't even want to know what I can afford or not they will sell my house. I made a proposal to them of how much I can pay monthly and towards the arrears but I was told it's not they problem. I cannot get loan due to my ID number been under debt review. Currently I have some funds that I want to pay as the proposal that I send to them but I am scared that they will still auction my house which will leave me in more debt as I borrowed R20000.00 from the society around my neighborhood. FNB is not willing to accept the proposal.
I went to DC.ONE I'n Maponya Mall and I was not expecting to receive the wonderful service I got from them. They have gain a new customer from me today. The 2 ladles and the 2 gentlemen in that shop made me feel like I was the only customer in that mall. Thank you guys for the awesome service.
Claim number 124101776 Claim was registered for a TV and stove oven. The TV has never had any issues it stopped switching off hours after loadshedding. The stove oven doesn't switch on and one plate on the stove does not switching on. The items were checked by digicall the feedback received from the insurance assessor is that the stove is old wear and tear no full report on what is damaged and what is causing the stove not to work. Then on the TV because he had it from 2014 the TV is old wear and tear. No report om what is damaged on the TV that's causing the TV not to switching on. Got a call from the assessor he is telling us wear and tear is not covered. So should we buy new items every 3 years so that we don't get rejected for our contents been old. I am very disappointed with this outcome that my items are old.
