My company emails stopped working on 23 December. I contacted my service provider and they said it is a problem with my domain registration with ZACR.
They contacted the ZACR but they are closed from 20 Dec till 2 Jan 2020. The voicemail refers to skeleton staff that are available - but there is no alternative contact details on the website. And no one answers to the email that I sent.
This is very poor service and my business is suffering losses as my customers cannot get hold of me and I am concerned that my customers will not resend emails as they get an error - that my email does not exist.
ZACR must have emergency support and cannot just close for 2-3 weeks with no support for customers.
