I bought a wrapster box and I asked the sales assistant what piece of chicken it comes with and she said I can choose any piece. I chose the breast and she said it would be a half a breast. I did not take too much note of the comment until i got home and opened the box. What was given was literally half a breast with the bones, which probably had less meat on it than a thigh. So KFC sells you a package at the normal price R59,90 but with half the meat. That is daylight ******* - the same as when they give you 2 wings witha meal. It is not 2 whole wings, as you used to get with any KFC but one wing broken into 2 pieces. We are paying more for less which is unacceptable and daylight *******!!!!!!
I want to commend Outsurance for EXCELLENT service. I was stuck tonight and logged a roadside assistance request. Katlego Martin assisted me and was very helpful and professional. She said that it usually takes about 30 minutes for a tow truck to get to me. But, Waleed of Compass Towing was at my location in under 5 minutes and got me going with a jumpstart. He even left his number with me in case I got stuck again on the way home. I must say that I have been very happy with the service of Outsurance. Claims are fuss free and settled quickly. I was a bit hesitant in the beginning to choose Outsurance because usually cheaper premiums does not always mean better service, but they proved me wrong. Definitely highly recommended.
Engaging with Insurance companies when lodging claims can be a frustrating time and often ends in disappointment. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient and professional service that I received from Outsurance this week. I called the call centre to lodge a claim for damage to my car. The claim was processed on the same day that it was lodged. I did not have to go to an assessment centre. They asked for pics of the car and the damage and got me a quote in under 2 hours. The consultant that I dealt with - Portia Mtembu was great and she understood all my questions and got back to me with clear answers. She even called me after 6pm to give me the good news that my claim was approved.
My wife and I had lunch at Cattle Baron Harbour Mall on Sunday. For the first time in a very long time, we were very satisfied with the service and food. The meals were hot and very tasty and well worth it. Also a great setting as you can look out over the ocean while enjoying your meal. I personally thanked the chef for the great meal before I left. We will definitely be back.
My company emails stopped working on 23 December. I contacted my service provider and they said it is a problem with my domain registration with ZACR. They contacted the ZACR but they are closed from 20 Dec till 2 Jan 2020. The voicemail refers to skeleton staff that are available - but there is no alternative contact details on the website. And no one answers to the email that I sent. This is very poor service and my business is suffering losses as my customers cannot get hold of me and I am concerned that my customers will not resend emails as they get an error - that my email does not exist. ZACR must have emergency support and cannot just close for 2-3 weeks with no support for customers.
