Pathetic,and below standard service

Pathetic experience at Zahavi, Century plaza.M so disappointed even now .I was denied my deposit for what reason I don't know.Anyway I think thats their style. I left my sister in the building,she just moved to the top floor and we left our belongings at our former room .As my sister was left behind she said she will collect next day.I relocated that's why I left n gave them notice. Few days later when I wanted to collect my belongings which included my kids documents heard that the caretaker Trycos threw them away. How on earth can you throw away a full new suitcase and clothes in coat hangers.Everything was new. Only I wanted was my belongings since we did not collect everything at the same time. My agent Theo was a very good person. She even directed me to Lerato for my deposit but to avail, I did not get help. I will not recommend people to stay at Zahavi. During my stay I recommended 2 people that I left staying there. Some people lack humanity.
