Misleading betting company

These betting company doesn't even deserve ratings a 0/10 I have 20k in my account, I was told that I cannot withdraw because I have accumulated the money through free bets/sign up promotion funds and I cannot withdraw since it's a security manner They told me to deposit 350 to be a VIP1 then I can withdraw, I did deposit that and I was told I can't withdraw again as I need to upgrade to VIP2 and I'm required to deposit 450 to reach it and I did When I try to deposit they tell me that my account details are wrong and I need to upgrade to VIP3

I DON'T WANT ANYTHING MORE NOW I NEED MY THE MONEY I DEPOSITED BACK!
