Hi<br> <br> I purchased some chocolate from Crave on Thibault Square. I noticed that the chocolates had suffered some hear damage and were badly discoloured and white in appearance. I contacted Zang Chocolate via their Website. Brett [Joint CEO] answered the phone and explained what the problem was. <br> <br> He took all my details , promised to send someone out to Crave to replace the chocolates in their store and to bring me some new chocolates. This was just around 13h40. Not even an hour later Jethro arrived at my office with 13 chocolate bars and apologized<br> <br> I was amazed by the attitude and service of Zang. Brett was professional and handled my complaint quickly and efficiently.<br> <br> I would probably not have bought a Zang chocolate again because of what happened but because Brett/Jethro took the trouble to remedy I will tell all my friends and colleagues because they went the extra Mile<br> <br> An example of a company Leading SA !!!<br> <br> Well done Zang Chocolate !!<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Neil
