Order #118224805 No feedback on orders , cant get hold of anyone in supervisory capacity. Just go around in circles why pay a specific delivery fee and the order is not honoured Service is poor !
Why does your company persist by calling me 5 times today and also calling after 20h00 at night. I am not interested in any offer you may have. This is harassment. I will be taking this matter forward tomorrow morning
I ordered and paid for a Patio Gas Heater on the 8th June. Followed up on 17th June, still no product. Dealt with Simone de Klerk and was promised the world. Eventually asked for a refund on the 22 June. I received my refund on the 6th July. What was the lesson learnt. Buy the same product from Take-a-lot and get it delivered in 2 days. Cant believe that companies can afford to turn away business at this time. Very dissapointing experience overall. The customer services manager Raymond was able to follow today on my refund so to him I say thank you. For the rest , shop elsewhere , Makro , Game , Take-a-lot. Save yourself the hassle
I have ordered items and paid on the 2nd Sep. They advise a waiting time of 14-18 working days. What they don't tell you is that they place bulk orders on the Friday after you have paid. I am still waiting now for my order. If I look at how they operate I should have received my order on the 2nd October. It is now 1 Month and 7 days. The communication is shocking , the feedback is terrible. I had a situation before where my orders did not arrive and I cancelled. Here again you have to wait almost 14 days for this to be processed. They have a nice website but I am now convinced they order the goods from Wish , only pay for the shipping and then charge out their customers what they deem is a retail price. There are many other retailers out there that do a far better job [Matilda's ,desir , elite occassions , bras 'n things. Be mindful of what you are getting into when dealing with Letisha Pretorius. A great pity

I contacted Zang Chocolate via their Website. Brett [Joint CEO] answered the phone and explained what the problem was. <br> <br> He took all my details , promised to send someone out to Crave to replace the chocolates in their store and to bring me some new chocolates. This was just around 13h40. Not even an hour later Jethro arrived at my office with 13 chocolate bars and apologized<br> <br> I was amazed by the attitude and service of Zang. I reported a fault to my landline over 2 weeks ago. Called the call centre more times than I can remember to be told a technician is dispatched but nothing happens<br> <br> When you call the call centre and ask for a supervisor , they don't put you through or tell you someone will call back . As is the case for Supervisors Candice and Mr Ebrahim Abrahams. They also don't share emails and actively try to hide behind policy of not giving out details.<br> <br> Technician Mr Nico Groenewald will also not call back as no one gives a damn and the service is pathetic<br>
Requested services to fix a leaking toilet. Matter was addressed and flow valve also replaced on the 12 Mar 2015. The short & long fliush mechanism was switched around and now the toilet is running water into the bowl from the overflow.<br> <br> Have asked that this be attended to now for over 2 weeks. Still no response.<br> <br> Very disappointed with service and attitude of Ian. Lesson Learnt. Don't use them ever again for me
