This is the 2nd month the I paid for my order with nothing in sight. The communication has been poor and now I am waiting for my refund, in cash and the whole amount. I refuse to be responsible for the penalties for canceling an oder when it's not even my fault. I will be contacting the consumer ombudsman for the poor service I have received. This was my first and last time buying from them

Order placed on 10 February and received on 7 April. This is over 40 working days, not the 14-18 advertised. I was not kept informed and had to constantly request updates. In addition to the delay, only half the items were received. I requested a refund for the undelievered items. I was told this is not their policy and I can order something else. I do not want anything else that they offer (especially not with such poor service), I want a refund so that I can buy the desired item elsewhere. As per the Consumer Protection Act it is my right to choose a refund and they refuse to honour this. They are spending their time fighting with me about this rather than just simply issuing the refund. From this experience and the other reviews here, I can only conclude that there is something very dodgy about this company and I would recommend that other buyers beware.

Order placed on 10 February and received on 7 April. This is over 40 working days, not the 14-18 advertised. I was not kept informed and had to constantly request updates. In addition to the delay, only half the items were received. I requested a refund for the undelievered items. I was told this is not their policy and I can order something else. I do not want anything else that they offer (especially not with such poor service), I want a refund so that I can buy the desired item elsewhere. I had a similar experience to other reviews here. Order took months to fulfil and then only half the items arrived. When requesting a refund for the missing items they claim their T&Cs state no refunds. They are scamming thieves.

After my hubby ordering quite a lot of moneys worth of items for me for valentine's day, days started passing without communication. Being the person i am i constantly followed up with Letisha (probably driving her mad). I knew that my order was placed late and wouldn't be here in time for valentine's day. A few weeks started going by and i started getting frustrated with the wait... not just myself but Letisha too! After losing my cool, i took a step back and realized that it's not her fault if orders are later then the communicated days on the website. Not only is she dealing with frustrated clients all the time but she is also always having to deal with the manufacturers and their lead times (which more then 95% of the time is not consistent). Yes in my mind after reading reviews i was concerned but it was reiterated to me by Letisha that "there will always be good and bad reviews, read the good and it will outweigh the bad". Dearest Letisha, i received my second order right now! And not only absolutely gorgeous items but the wait (sorry about my frustration) was absolutely worth it. To those of you who order in future, please bear in mind that the given dates on the website are a "hopeful" time-frame and it is unforeseen circumstances that make the lead times take longer - not Letisha. As promised, the minute my shipment arrived, it would be delivered to me - and so it was! Bear in mind that she has a beautiful business and she surely is trying her best to not only keep it afloat in these times but give the best customer service possible, yes... communication was not the greatest but understandable... she is communicating with suppliers, manufacturers and more to make sure that your orders do arrive. Very unprofessional company! I placed an order on the 20th of April and never heard anything from them. I followed-up on the 5th May and this is the response I got form LETISHA: "All orders takes 14-18 working days from the Friday that your order is paid. Your order is in process, as soon as it is sent you will be advised". I waited and waited. I followed-up again on the 25th of May, no response until the 30th of May when Letisha sent an email saying; "Sadly after receiving our parcel and enquiring with our supplier we were informed that item N10953 is no longer available. Please be so kind and supply me with a replacement item" I responded saying that there is nothing else I want from the webpage can i please get refunded my money as I waited thus long for nothing. LETISHA is refusing to pay me back my money insisting that she's keeping it as a credit for next time or I should look and select something else. I wanted that particular product, i am not interested in anything else!!! This is not good business acumen, consumers have rights too!!

This business in my opinion based on how the engage with customers and falsified & feedback on orders are scam artist who prey on the common man/women. I would "NOT" reccomend this company as they lack integrity, business acumen and more. **MESSAGES SHARED ACROSS ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS TO PREVENT OTHERS FROM BEING SCAMMED**

I'm having issues with getting a refund from an online company called Trisha's lIngerie. https://www.trishaslingerie.co.za/ I purchased some items online on the 25 of may. and was as promised delivery within 14-18 working days. The company due to their lack of communication and technical issues could not supply within the time period. I then requested a refund as I needed to get those items elsewhere as I was leaving for honeymoon. I was assured by a very apologetic Letisha over the phone that I would be refunded. It will just take 10 to 14 or so days . Fast forward , after receiving the cancelled order 2 months later... Returning it to Trisha's lIngerie at my own cost , numerous phone calls, emails , WhatsApps. I still haven't received a refund. 24th October she offers me a partial refund of 30% . She states it's in the terms and conditions they they will deduct 70% on all cancellations. which I do not remember reading nor I did not think applied as she could not supply the order within the delivery time frame . I think it's unfair!! my invoice was R2820 and return courier R 143.75. , Which is alot of money for me . The way they run their company is shocking . Spinning excuse and circles ... Bad customer service and unethical business practice.

I have ordered items and paid on the 2nd Sep. They advise a waiting time of 14-18 working days. What they don't tell you is that they place bulk orders on the Friday after you have paid. I am still waiting now for my order. If I look at how they operate I should have received my order on the 2nd October. It is now 1 Month and 7 days. The communication is shocking , the feedback is terrible. I had a situation before where my orders did not arrive and I cancelled. Here again you have to wait almost 14 days for this to be processed. They have a nice website but I am now convinced they order the goods from Wish , only pay for the shipping and then charge out their customers what they deem is a retail price. There are many other retailers out there that do a far better job [Matilda's ,desir , elite occassions , bras 'n things. Be mindful of what you are getting into when dealing with Letisha Pretorius. A great pity
